One Hundred Percent

Here is a test created by GMAC. Apparently only 1 out of 10 American drivers can achieve 70% or better.

As Dave Barry says, "Every US driver thinks they are 'above average' and that everyone else is an idiot."

I tend to think most cyclist are better than average because they are at the mercy of those stupid cagers. How'd you score?

I'm proud to say I got 100%, so for once I can say I'm above average. Does this mean if I know 9 other people, none of them can score 70% or better. Man, I hope not.

I'm a bit surprised, but I got 100% also. Yippee!

Bah - I missed #7. I'd like to argue my answer, however...

Nathan disagree with the answer?

Now there's a surprise!

Question #16 that asked what the "Do Not Pass" sign meant kind of stalled my brain out.

I got a 90%. I got the parking on a hill one wrong which I always do I can never remember which way to turn the wheel. On the rare occasion that I do park on a hill, I just look at the direction everyone else has turned their wheel. :-D But I couldn't tell which one was the other one I got wrong. ::shrugs:::

It seems the statistics are wrong or you know a lot of smart drivers.

i got 85%, and the 3 i missed were because i answered more conservatively than the correct answer.

The items must be randomized, because i didn't get one about parking on a hill.

I think cyclists in general are probably more aware of traffic laws because we're much more personally exposed to them on a daily basis. The consequences for bad driving in a car are far less.
